Music has been my main passion in life for most of my life, both listening and occasionally playing. I've lived in Milwaukee most of my life but have lived for a short time in Atlanta, Savannah, and St. Louis. I am currently in the St. Louis area.

I've recently been researching various political views, essentially anything from anarchism, socialism, libertarian and other non conventional but non violent means to achieving greater liberty and economic benefit for all. It's more of an interest for me, and I don't whole heartedly endorse any ideology but tend to lean more towards the left on most issues. I will always support causes for human rights and individual freedom. I am open minded though, and just because I diagree or may even debate someone's political issues, doesn't mean I look down on a person dismiss them altogether.

I read a lot of non-fiction in general about all sorts of subjects, from science, history, psychology, or other religions. I do read fiction every now and then, but I'm really picky about it if I do and usually it's horror or sci-fi of some sort.

I'm back in Milwaukee after living in a few cities around the country and currently seeking stable employment before possibly heading back to college for awhile. Although I'm not sure if I'll remain in Milwaukee all of my life, there are several reasons to stay here right now. Although it's not the most exciting place to be, it's definitely not the worst either, and when I have time can usually find things to keep myself entertained.

I'm not a person who seeks to have "tons of friends". Although I like meeting new people I only ever really can connect well with a certain few people. I try to be generally nice to most people, but often don't get close with too many. Most of my good friends are people I trust and have known for a long time. Once in awhile I do run into people I get along with well or who are just interesting to me, and many of these people you can probably consider unconventional in some way or another.

I'm sometimes shy around people I don't know, but around people I know well or am comfortable around I can sometimes talk to much. Put a drink or two in me and this shyness sometimes goes away, but I'm trying to be more outgoing with strangers without the need for alcohol. It helps if I have something in common with the person of course though.

I have a strange, quirky, sometimes sarcastic sense of humor. It's not always PC but who cares, I'm offended by cruel things people do, not funny ideas. I don't always find certain types of practical jokes funny though.

I do miss my home in Milwaukee and my friends sometimes, although I know I don't really keep in touch as much as I should. I still don't think I told anyone but my sister before I moved back to St. Louis. It was a bit unexpected for me as well.
